Snickers Brownie Bars

The only thing that could make these better is if the nougat layer were ice cream!

I may be onto something...

SNICKERS BROWNIE BARS
Recipe adapted from Jasey's Crazy Daisy

Ingredients:
Brownie Layer
  • 1 box of brownie mix
  • Ingredients called for on the box
  • 1/4 cup hot fudge topping, unheated, straight from the jar
Nougat Layer
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 10oz. marshmallow fluff
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1-1/2 cups salted peanuts, roughly chopped
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
Carmel Layer
  • 1 (14 oz.) jar of caramel
Candy Bar Topping
  • 1-1/4 cups chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
Instructions:
  1. Prepare brownie batter according to package directions, then add 1/4 cup hot fudge ice cream topping, unheated and straight from the jar into the batter. Bake in a 9x13" pan. Cool completely
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add sweetened condensed milk, stirring until combined. Bring to a boil. Add the marshmallow creme, peanut butter, and vanilla stirring until smooth. Turn off heat and fold in chopped peanuts
  3. Pour evenly over cooled brownies. Cool. Can stick in the freezer for about 15 minutes.
  4. Pour caramel over the nougat layer. Make sure it is even. (You can heat the caramel in a saucepan over low heat if you don't feel like it is soft and easy to use). Place in the freezer for another 15 minutes.
  5. Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally, until smooth. Pour over caramel layer and place in the fridge until the chocolate is set.
  6. Store in the fridge, otherwise the chocolate may melt
ENJOY!
